GENERAL TERMS AND TICKET PURCHASE<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">The owner of the active recreation park <strong data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"192\">\u201cMarupe Wake\u201d<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as <strong data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"238\">\u201cMarupe Wake\u201d<\/strong>) is <strong data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"257\">SIA \u201cBeng\u201d<\/strong>, registration number <strong data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"294\">40103275560<\/strong>, legal address: <strong data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"383\">Mazcenu aleja 6-37, Jaunm\u0101rupe, M\u0101rupe Municipality, Latvia, LV-2166<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\"><strong data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"401\">Marupe Wake<\/strong> offers the opportunity to purchase <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"501\">tickets and gift cards for water-based recreational services<\/strong> \u2013 wakeboarding and\/or access to the inflatable water park (hereinafter referred to as <strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"601\">\u201cTickets\u201d<\/strong>) \u2013 via the website <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"647\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">Tickets can be purchased electronically on the website <strong data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"731\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong>, or on-site at the <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"778\">Marupe Wake ticket desk<\/strong> before using the services.<br data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"808\" \/>Ticket purchases made on-site at the M\u0101rupe Wake ticket desk <strong data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"910\">do not constitute a distance contract<\/strong> and therefore <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1018\">are not subject to Cabinet Regulation No. 255 \u201cRegulations Regarding Distance Contracts.\u201d<\/strong> The terms outlined below apply <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1078\">only to online purchases<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">Tickets may only be purchased on-site <strong data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1166\">during Marupe Wake\u2019s official opening hours<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1170\" \/>As opening hours may vary depending on weather conditions and customer traffic, we recommend confirming the current schedule or any other inquiries by calling <strong data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1346\">+371 22032923<\/strong> or emailing <strong data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1381\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1379\">info@marupewake.lv<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">Information about the available services, prices, terms, and restrictions is provided on the website <strong data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1511\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong> as well as on-site within the Marupe Wake park area.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">Persons who use the online ticket purchasing option via the website <strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1660\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong> to receive Marupe Wake\u2019s services (hereinafter referred to as the <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1737\">Buyers<\/strong>) agree to comply with the ticket purchase and usage terms set out below.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">By purchasing Tickets online via the <strong data-start=\"118\" data-end=\"133\">M\u0101rupe Wake<\/strong> website <strong data-start=\"142\" data-end=\"168\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"192\">Buyer confirms<\/strong> that they have read and agree to the terms of the <strong data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"264\">Distance Contract<\/strong>, which becomes <strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"330\">binding upon completion of the Ticket purchase<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"334\" \/>The Distance Contract has been developed in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"459\">applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"384\">By purchasing a Ticket, the Buyer undertakes to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Distance Contract;<\/li>\n<li>Follow <strong data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"272\">M\u0101rupe Wake\u2019s internal rules and safety regulations<\/strong>, which are available on the website <strong data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"335\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong> and clearly displayed and accessible on-site at the M\u0101rupe Wake territory;<\/li>\n<li>When purchasing a <strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"446\">Gift Card<\/strong>, observe the <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"479\">validity period<\/strong>, which is <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"521\">12 (twelve) calendar months<\/strong> from the date of purchase, taking into account the <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"620\">seasonal operation and actual season length<\/strong> for each specific service.<br data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"650\" \/>The <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"698\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"743\">will not be reissued in case of loss<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Upon purchasing a Ticket for a selected service, <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"848\">respect the reserved time stated on the Ticket<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"912\">arrive at M\u0101rupe Wake at least 20\u201330 minutes in advance<\/strong> to allow time for preparation and familiarization with the <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1011\">safety rules of the chosen activity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All prices on the website <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1066\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong> are shown <strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1120\">inclusive of 21{4821c52f3be3bddc7c830ad0a3dcbb66b999301714481f91a105eadf1bb728cc} value-added tax (VAT).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">The Buyer purchases Tickets via the website <strong data-start=\"136\" data-end=\"162\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong>, selecting the desired <strong data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"197\">Service<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"225\">date and time of visit<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"239\">duration<\/strong>, and, if applicable, indicating the number of persons who will use the Service.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">The Buyer is obliged to provide only <strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"391\">true and complete information<\/strong>. The Buyer assumes <strong data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"467\">full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness<\/strong> of the submitted information. <strong data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"534\">M\u0101rupe Wake is not responsible<\/strong> for any consequences arising from incorrect or intentionally false data submitted by the Buyer, including but not limited to: an incorrect email address for ticket delivery, an incorrect date or time of visit, the number of persons, etc.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">The Buyer is solely responsible for arriving <strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"830\">on time<\/strong> at M\u0101rupe Wake to receive the Service on the <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"917\">date and time indicated on the Ticket<\/strong>. If the Buyer is late for the reserved and paid time, arrives significantly late, or fails to appear, the <strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1082\">Ticket will not be changed, refunded, or compensated<\/strong> in any form. <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1129\">Tickets are non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\"><strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1161\">M\u0101rupe Wake is responsible<\/strong> for ensuring the functionality and operation of the <strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1251\">ticket sales and purchase process<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">It is also possible to make a reservation on <strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1324\">M\u0101rupe Wake\u2019s website<\/strong>, selecting <strong data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1374\">on-site payment at the ticket desk<\/strong> as the payment method. In this case, a <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1442\">reservation confirmation<\/strong> is sent to the Buyer\u2019s email, but the <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1517\">Ticket must be purchased on-site<\/strong>. The Buyer has the right to cancel an unpaid reservation <strong data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1638\">no later than 30 minutes before the reserved session time<\/strong>. If the Buyer fails to cancel the unpaid reservation and does not arrive, <strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1794\">future reservations must be made via online ticket purchase with prepayment<\/strong>. One Buyer may make a reservation <strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1877\">for up to 5 persons without online payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">The Buyer\u2019s data is processed and stored in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1994\">laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">In cases where there are <strong data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2070\">reasonable suspicions of fraudulent activity<\/strong>, M\u0101rupe Wake <strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2154\">reserves the right to cancel any online transaction or reservation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">If the Buyer has any questions or uncertainties regarding the use of the online ticket purchase system at <strong data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2293\"><a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.udensatrakcijuparks.lv\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2291\">www.udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/a><\/strong>, they may contact the <strong data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2346\">M\u0101rupe Wake administration<\/strong> by calling <strong data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2375\">+371 22032923<\/strong> or sending an email to <strong data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2421\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2419\">info@marupewake.lv<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\">After the purchase is completed and payment is received, the Tickets are <strong data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2562\">automatically sent to the email address provided by the Buyer<\/strong>. If the Buyer does not receive the purchased Tickets due to technical issues, they must contact M\u0101rupe Wake administration via phone or email.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"319\"><strong data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2738\">M\u0101rupe Wake is not liable<\/strong> if the Ticket sent to the Buyer\u2019s email becomes accessible to third parties and is used <strong data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2858\">without the Buyer\u2019s consent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">3. DATA PROCESSING<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"163\" data-end=\"530\">\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"425\">The processing of personal data is carried out by the owner of \u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d, <strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"218\">SIA \u201cBeng\u201d<\/strong>, in accordance with the requirements of the <strong data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"315\">General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679<\/strong> (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cRegulation\u201d), as well as other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer can review the <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"470\">Privacy Policy<\/strong> of \u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d on the company\u2019s website <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"539\">udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/strong>. The data provided by the Buyer is used solely for the purpose of: sending the Ticket, processing the reservation, and\/or contacting the Buyer regarding the execution of the purchased Service or to clarify other information related to the purchase\/reservation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"425\">By submitting information and data to \u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d, the Buyer confirms that they are the data subject or a person legally entitled to provide such data. By entering personal data for the purpose of purchasing Tickets, the Buyer <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1049\">agrees<\/strong> that \u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d processes the submitted data <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1165\">to the extent and under the conditions described in these terms<\/strong>. By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1250\">confirms<\/strong> that they have read and agree to the use of their data in order for the Seller to accept the Buyer\u2019s order and deliver the Tickets. By providing their information, the Buyer agrees that <strong data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1523\">notifications related to their order will be sent to the specified email address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"425\">\u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d undertakes <strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1613\">not to disclose the Buyer\u2019s personal data to third parties<\/strong>, except in cases where such disclosure is required by <strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1699\">law enforcement authorities<\/strong> in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"425\">\u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d processes the Buyer\u2019s personal data in compliance with applicable personal data protection requirements in order to provide <strong data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1948\">ticket sales and purchase services<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1974\">data controller<\/strong> is: <strong data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"1995\">SIA \u201cBeng\u201d<\/strong>, Mazcenu aleja 6-37, Jaunm\u0101rupe, M\u0101rupes nov., LV-2166; Email: <strong data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2082\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2080\">info@marupewake.lv; <\/a><\/strong>Phone: <strong data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2109\">+371 22032923.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"468\">In accordance with Clause 22.12 of the <strong data-start=\"170\" data-end=\"249\">Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 \u201cRegulations on Distance Contracts\u201d<\/strong> of 20 May 2014, the consumer <strong data-start=\"279\" data-end=\"320\">does not have the right of withdrawal<\/strong> if the distance contract is concluded for <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"400\">leisure or entertainment services<\/strong> to be provided <strong data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"467\">on a specific date or within a specified period<\/strong>. Therefore, the purchase of tickets for \u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d services <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"577\">is not subject to the right of withdrawal<\/strong> provided for in the <strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"632\">Consumer Rights Protection Law<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"468\">Based on the above, <strong data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"754\">tickets purchased from M\u0101rupe Wake are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned<\/strong>, except in cases when the service cannot be provided <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"865\">on the reserved date and time indicated on the ticket<\/strong>, due to technical reasons or safety concerns.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"468\">If the service cannot be provided <strong data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"994\">on the purchased and reserved date and time<\/strong>, M\u0101rupe Wake will <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1039\">refund the amount paid<\/strong> for the electronic ticket <strong data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1102\">within 15 (fifteen) working days<\/strong> to the Buyer&#8217;s specified bank account, <strong data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1186\">upon receipt of a written refund request<\/strong> submitted in free form.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"468\">The request must be sent to <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1263\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1261\">info@marupewake.lv<\/a><\/strong> and must include the <strong data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1302\">unused ticket<\/strong> as an attachment. Once the ticket is returned to M\u0101rupe Wake, it is <strong data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1404\">annulled and becomes invalid<\/strong> for service use.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"468\">M\u0101rupe Wake will <strong data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1487\">only refund the nominal value of the ticket<\/strong>. Any <strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1513\">additional costs<\/strong>, such as service charges, travel expenses, or bank fees, <strong data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1597\">will not be reimbursed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">5. OTHER TERMS<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"349\">The Buyer has the right to <strong data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"234\">transfer the purchased Ticket or received Service to another person free of charge<\/strong>, at their own discretion, even if the Gift Card is personalized (e.g., contains the recipient\u2019s name and surname).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"349\">By purchasing Tickets\/Services on the website <strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"427\"><a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.udensatrakcijuparks.lv\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"425\">www.udensatrakcijuparks.lv<\/a><\/strong>, the Buyer fully <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"470\">agrees to these terms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"349\">The purchase of a Ticket for any Service provided by the <strong data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"571\">\u201cM\u0101rupe Wake\u201d active recreation park<\/strong> confirms that the Buyer has read and agrees to comply with the <strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"676\">internal rules and safety regulations<\/strong> of M\u0101rupe Wake.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"349\">Purchased Tickets <strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"755\">may not be used for commercial purposes<\/strong> \u2013 including for <strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"810\">advertising or marketing campaigns<\/strong> \u2013 <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"849\">without prior written permission<\/strong> from M\u0101rupe Wake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Purchase at the Active Recreation Park \u201cMarupe Wake\u201d (Distance contract \u2013 in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 \u201cRegulations Regarding Distance Contracts\u201d) 1.
